Great News!

Well we had a Very eventful week this week with plenty to go around. And for once a lot of pictures were taken so enjoy!

We had some really cool miracles this week. We've been teaching a man in our area a little bit more and he continues to impress. Every time we teach him he seems to get more and more open and receptive to what we teach. We brought a member over to teach him and it went well. Anyways the good news is he is on date to be baptized in December! We are excited for him.

We also had a temple trip this week! It was the best. There is a member in the Ward over who invited the missionaries over the day before to look for some names they can take to the temple. Family names are awesome! At the temple we took some photos and one of my older companions, Elder Scow was there and about to go inside so we took some photos outside the temple. On the way home our member took us to Cracker Barrel, it was great!

Probably the highlight of this week was we got a phone call from some previous investigators Elder Durtschi and I taught in Tidwell. They have since moved to Cleveland (which happens to be just north of us) and they invited us to their baptism! It was completely out of the blue and a miracle. They had been meeting with the missionaries and have made some major life decisions. A few days before their baptism they got married and went and took pictures by the Houston Temple and showed them to the missionaries. How more Golden do you want these people to be?? So prepared!

Transfer calls have come again, I will be staying here in Kingwood for the Holidays and my Companion Elder Storey is getting transferred. I will find out today who my new companion is. Even bigger news is I got a district leader call. Hopefully I'll measure up!
